As part of a dynamic team at IG Wealth Management, you'll assist advisors within the Corporate Channel. Your bilingual skills will enhance operations while you provide administrative support, manage client documentation, and collaborate across departments. In this hybrid role, you'll work three days in the office and two days remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with accurate service and documentation
• Manage the department mailbox and escalations promptly
• Process client transfers and uphold compliance standards
• Use software applications for accurate requests
• Collaborate to resolve incoming departmental requests
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and deadline driven
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
