You’ll manage meeting coordination, work effectively under pressure, and uphold a high level of confidentiality throughout your tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate various meetings
• Record and prepare minutes and agendas
• Manage email and computerized calendar systems
• Collaborate positively within team settings
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Formal training in applied office skills needed
