Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Legal Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and correspondence.
  • Manage client files and maintain proper organization.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing emails.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and skilled client service.
Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software.
Pay

From $40,000.00 per year
