Southern Health‑Santé Sud is seeking a Unit Clerk who will perform clerical and receptionist duties under the direction of the Health Services team. With at least one year of relevant clinical experience, candidates must possess a Unit Clerk Certificate or equivalent education. The role emphasizes communication, initiative, and independent judgment in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clerical and communication tasks effectively

• Prioritize and organize duties based on changing needs

• Maintain respectful relationships with facility staff

• Ensure confidentiality in all communications

• Work evenings and weekends as required

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in a clinical area

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Unit Clerk Certificate from a recognized program

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and insured vehicle
