We are seeking a dedicated AY2 - Clinic Assistant with strong interpersonal skills and healthcare experience. Responsibilities include managing schedules in Accuro, supporting client care functions, maintaining medical records, and overseeing medication inventories. You will work collaboratively within a community administrative support team to ensure efficient operations and a respectful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as receptionist for clients and service providers

• Manage appointments and schedules using Accuro

• Maintain client charts, inventories, and databases

• Perform clerical tasks including photocopying and mail distribution

• Support workload sharing within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of related healthcare experience

• Successful completion of a Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant Course

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication skills required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
