In this full-time administrative position, you'll assist Inside Account Coordinators by handling stock orders, inventory releases, and file management. A keen attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as you will also collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication regarding stock issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and confirm stock orders accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing
• Maintain sales order templates and customer files
• Generate key reports for Sales Coordinators
• Assist in managing obsolete items and EDI POs
Requirements:
• 1+ years in a detail-oriented administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years of experience with data entry
• Experience supporting customer service professionals preferred
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Winnipeg
Contribute your administrative skills and attention to detail to support Winpak's Customer Service team in Winnipeg.
