In this vital role, the Front Desk Receptionist provides support to both staff and residents at Cogir Senior Living. Your capabilities in managing multiple tasks, maintaining a polished phone presence, and effective communication will shine as you greet visitors and respond to inquiries. You will play an essential part in maintaining a professional and efficient front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally manage incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Welcome and direct all visitors appropriately
• Oversee sorting and distribution of internal mail
• Schedule meeting rooms and maintain calenders
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a reception role is advantageous
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
