We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of office administration, ideally with experience in customer service within a financial or advisory context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries professionally

• Handle office tasks like documentation and filing

• Process mail, payments, and daily transactions accurately

• Order supplies and generate reports for operations

• Proactively address office needs to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Certificate in office administration or one year related experience

• General knowledge of administrative processes

• Proficient in Microsoft
365 and computer tasks

• Customer service experience preferred in relevant settings

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
