As part of your key responsibilities, you will assist Inside Account Coordinators by processing and confirming orders, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating communications. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, supporting order processing and shipping standards while contributing to team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process stock orders and communicate discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective shipping
• Maintain sales order and customer files efficiently
• Generate important sales reports for management
• Handle credit entries and manage obsolete stock
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 1+ years of data entry experience required
• Experience supporting customer service is preferred
