Shared Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to fill a maternity leave position. The successful candidate will bring at least three years of experience in a senior secretarial role and demonstrate excellent typing and medical terminology skills. Applicants experienced in Indigenous customs and languages are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communication with staff and patients
• Prepare and organize documents and reports
• Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Workforce ESP systems
• Assist with workload priorities and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• 3 years in a senior secretarial position
• High school diploma and secretarial training
• Typing speed of 65-70 wpm
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in EPR system preferred
