Key Responsibilities:
• Type correspondence such as grants and manuscripts
• Establish and maintain efficient office systems

• Complete purchasing orders across systems
Requirements:
• Two years of related experience in healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
• Experience scheduling meetings with multiple stakeholders
• High school diploma and post-secondary administrative program
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
