The successful candidate will support the Public Health TB Services team with crucial administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with medical terminology will be advantageous in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and quality checks on healthcare records
• Maintain organized filing systems and compile statistics
• Communicate proficiently with patients and colleagues
• Prepare and record minutes for meetings
• Operate standard office equipment efficiently
Requirements:
• Two years administrative experience in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma as per Manitoba standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent keyboarding speed of 50 wpm
• Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check is mandatory
