In this role, you will assist in coordinating the daily activities of Executive Officers and manage their communications effectively. You will handle scheduling, prioritize incoming requests, and perform research for decision-making. This position requires a strong focus on organization and confidentiality, along with collaborative skills to support various projects and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Manage schedules, respond to inquiries, and prioritize tasks
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Support project coordination and budget tracking
Requirements:
• DEC in Office Administration or similar (1 year experience)
• DEP in Secretarial Studies (3 years experience)
• High School Diploma plus 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
