In this role, you will report to the Manager, Facility and Support Services while engaging in diverse administrative tasks. Your expertise in data entry, mail distribution, and switchboard management will enhance program efficiency. Emphasizing teamwork will be key as you share responsibilities within the administrative support team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle switchboard and reception activities daily
• Meet data entry and word processing requirements
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain comprehensive record-keeping and filing systems
• Acquire and monitor statistical data effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant experience needed
• High school diploma; completion of administrative program required
• 40 wpm keyboarding speed necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in French and English essential
Leverage your bilingual skills and administrative knowledge to support Community Health services efficiently.
