• Greet and assist residents and visitors warmly

• Answer calls efficiently with the Mitel telephone system

• Manage scheduling and administrative tasks as needed

• Support daily operations of the Property Management Team

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

• Completion of grade 12 or equivalent education

• Experience in property management is a plus

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be able to lift items up to 25 pounds
