This part-time, temporary position focuses on delivering superior administrative services within a complex environment. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior executives, complemented by an undergraduate degree. Your tech-savvy skills will be crucial for coordinating meetings, drafting communications, and overseeing budgets for research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting logistics
• Draft briefing notes and presentations for the Professor
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Support grant-related activities and research correspondence
• Oversee and reconcile budget activities, including invoices
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in related disciplines
• Minimum two years' experience in administrative support
• Familiar with university systems such as Concur or Fast
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
