The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support for the College of Community & Global Health. You will assist in managing graduate student records, coordinate course scheduling, and support admissions inquiries. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong communication skills are essential as you work closely with students, faculty, and staff to ensure smooth operations within the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate student records and databases
• Coordinate graduate course scheduling and logistics
• Assist with admissions processing and communications
• Manage graduate student recruitment events
• Support administrative tasks for examinations and graduations
Requirements:
• Completion of a training program in a related discipline
• Four years of relevant experience in administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
