Become a vital part of St. Boniface Hospital's team as a Staff Scheduling Assistant in Winnipeg. Ensure optimal staffing through effective scheduling for critical health services around the clock.
In this in-person role, you will assist with staffing and scheduling functions to maintain sufficient staffing levels across clinical departments. Candidates must have one year of experience in a computerized staffing system like ESP and demonstrate strong customer service capabilities. Attention to detail and Excel proficiency are crucial for success in this demanding setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate staffing schedules for clinical units and departments
• Execute scheduling functions using ESP software efficiently
• Provide excellent communication with staff and management
• Organize and prioritize scheduling tasks effectively
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive staffing information
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience with scheduling systems
• Experience in customer service roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
