As an administrative professional, you will work directly with Account Managers and Executives, managing workflows effectively and ensuring quality results.
Your role will involve the accurate management of policy documentation and fostering positive client relationships, vital for our Commercial Lines team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in providing superior customer service
• Collaborate on data entry and document applications
• Update Schedules of Values and manage renewals
• Issue binders, pink cards, and certificates for clients
• Follow up with clients for required policy information
Requirements:
• Must have or pursue Level 2 General License
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience with EPIC is preferred
