Work Environment:
Role is 100% onsite at the Calgary office

Contract Date 10/13/2026- 12/18/2026

Note:

This is a part time role with the typical hours being Tues to Friday from 9am to 2pm. Flexibility with hours from time to time to cover absences of the other team member. Could transition to a permanent position

Responsibilities
In general, as a Workplace Services Professional, you will be on site to:

• Answer and direct calls, organize meeting room booking and events, greeting clients

• Support the physical operations of the office – Coordinating maintenance, vendor management, invoiceprocessing

• Represent the firm as an ambassador for our clients in the following roles – arranging and execution of cateringservices, meeting room management, mailroom and café service

• Perform general office maintenance and organization of meeting rooms, workstations, supply rooms,printer/copier areas

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, client-focused environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and a task-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
The ability to take proactive measures to ensure timely responses to requests
A professional demeanor
Able to lift up to 40 pounds
