Your role includes managing service quotes and bookings while providing exceptional service.
As a Service Advisor at Fountain Tire, you will play a crucial role in communicating with technicians and delivering excellent customer care. You will create work orders, authorize services, and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach and vehicle service recommendations will benefit both the team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed work orders for vehicle services
• Provide service quotes and obtain customer approvals
• Conduct proactive follow-ups to gauge customer satisfaction
• Recommend services including tires and mechanical repairs
• Ensure accurate billing and documentation within the system
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive or tire industry preferred
• Strong listening skills to identify customer needs
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory abstract
• Excellent customer service attitude and teamwork
• Knowledge of tires and mechanical services
