Technician, Licensed Red Seal

Position: Technician, Licensed Red Seal *$5,000 SIGNING BONUS )
Signing Bonus  5,000 Signing Bonus Available. Receive 2,500 upon successful completion of your 90-day probation period, and an additional 2,500 upon completing 6 months of continuous employment.
Reporting Relationship  This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary  The Automotive Technician plays an integral role at Birchwood, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The successful candidate will maintain current product and technical knowledge, estimate time of service and repair needed, diagnose and complete required work right the first time, and use industry-leading technology to diagnose repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Shift Details  Full Time.
Qualifications   Technician Level 4 and up are welcome to apply.
Ability to diagnose and problem solve independently.
Comfortable leveraging technology for most day to day repairs.
Thrive in a quick‑paced environment where optimal production is supported.
High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
