Position: Full-Time Automotive Technician Role - St. James Volkswagen

This role offers the chance to work with various vehicle systems and ensure top-notch vehicle performance.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing vehicles using advanced tools, as well as mentoring apprentices to foster a skilled workforce. You will conduct inspections and maintain all documentation to comply with industry standards, making certain that all vehicles meet safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute vehicle repairs and maintenance as scheduled

• Collaborate with Parts and Service Advisors effectively

• Carry out multi-point inspections and repair recommendations

• Document work to support warranty claims

• Keep informed of factory bulletins and training

Requirements:

• Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate completed or in progress

• Familiarity with various vehicle models

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

• High integrity and collaboration skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
