This crucial role involves pre-washing vehicles, cleaning interiors, and ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery. You will also help maintain cleanliness in the repair facilities while contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean vehicle exteriors using hand, brush, or equipment

• Polish and protect vehicle surfaces and windows

• Vacuum, shampoo, and maintain interior cleanliness

• Ensure the shop and parking lot are organized

• Implement WOW plan for quality and productivity

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Valid driver’s license required

• Capable of lifting over 50lbs regularly
