Collision Center Estimator Role

This full-time, permanent role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in collision repair. You'll utilize Manitoba estimating standards to create estimates, identifying necessary replacement parts and managing repairs efficiently. Strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough vehicle damage inspections
• Create detailed estimates per MPI standards
• Identify replacement parts following Manitoba standards
• Assist in managing the repair process efficiently
• Ensure quality control throughout each repair
Requirements:
• 1 year of estimating experience required
• Previous collision repair experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy levels
• Effective time management to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
