Collision Estimator with Repair Expertise

Drive high standards in our collision center as a Collision Center Estimator, responsible for vehicle inspections and quality estimating. This role requires maintaining efficiency during the repair process and adherence to standards.

In this full-time, permanent position, you'll examine vehicles to assess damage and produce detailed estimates compliant with MPI and Manitoba standards.

Your role will include identifying parts for replacement and effectively managing the repair workflow. A strong background in collision repair and excellent communication skills are vital to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage through meticulous inspections

• Generate accurate estimates in accordance with MPI guidelines

• Identify and source necessary replacement parts

• Oversee and manage the complete repair process

• Ensure consistent quality throughout vehicle repairs

Requirements:

• 1 year of estimating experience is mandatory

• Experience in collision repair is preferred

• Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy

• Strong time management to meet deadlines

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
