Position: Automotive Technician - Subaru Experience Required

As an essential part of the Service Department, you will ensure all vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Collaborate effectively with team members and Service Advisors, providing clear communication on repair timelines and solutions. Your contribution to the customer experience is vital as you conduct inspections and road tests to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on Subaru vehicles

• Document vehicle inspections with precision

• Identify mechanical issues and recommend solutions

• Work alongside Service Advisors for effective updates

• Conduct thorough road tests on serviced vehicles

Requirements:

• Red Seal Certification or currently challenging it

• Proven experience as an automotive technician

• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and good driving record

• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and withstanding shop conditions
