We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team! As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up.

3165 McGillivray Blvd, Winnipeg MB
Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 per year
What You Will Be Doing:- Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements
- Schedule customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs
- Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation
- Order automotive parts and supplies from vendors
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels
- Identify and source correct parts using catalogues and vehicle information
- Provide parts availability, pricing, and delivery estimates
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status and service timelines
- Coordinate parts requirements with technicians and service staff
- Follow up on backordered, delayed, or special-order parts
- Process parts returns, warranty claims, and credits
- Prepare estimates and invoices for parts and service work
- Maintain customer, vehicle, vendor, and service records
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum 1 - 2 years as a service advisor, or in a related customer service role
- RV Experience
- Dealership experience considered a major asset
- Valid G Drivers License
- Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays
