We're actively recruiting a seasoned Shop Foreman who is preferably a licensed Red Seal Technician. The candidate should have a solid three years of automotive repair experience and demonstrate strong skills in diagnosing complex issues. This position plays a crucial role in supporting technicians and maintaining a high-quality work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day leadership and technical support
• Assist with difficult repairs and diagnostics
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications
• Mentor technicians to develop their skills
• Uphold a organized and safe working environment
Requirements:
• Red Seal Automotive Technician preferred
• 3 years of proven repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems
• Valid driver’s license required
