Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and manage data center capacity opportunities
• Lead the RFP and sourcing process in Canada
• Negotiate and execute term sheets and LOIs
• Manage stakeholder engagement and project coordination
• Refine transaction processes for improved scalability
Requirements:
• 10+ years of transaction management experience
• Expertise in negotiating commercial agreements
• Background in infrastructure procurement or real estate leasing
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
• Highly organized with attention to detail
