Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to lead change management initiatives
• Assess and address change-related risks and barriers
• Engage and align stakeholders through planning sessions
• Coach leaders to facilitate smoother transitions
• Track issues and suggest actionable improvements
Requirements:
• At least seven years of change management experience
• Degree in Education or Business Administration
• Preferred certifications:
Prosci or CCMP
• Excellent consulting and facilitation skills
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
