You will champion strategic insights to help clients achieve their goals while navigating complex landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a $2M+ strategic book of business
• Build executive-level relationships for customer advocacy
• Offer strategic guidance on onboarding and integrations
• Proactively manage customer health and escalations
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success
• Proven ability to build executive relationships
• Strong experience in change management
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adaptability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
