In this key role, you will support the product management team and report to the Senior Product Manager for Statutory Products. You are expected to lead business analysis activities such as defining objectives, coordinating project work, and developing specifications. Strong critical thinking and relationship-building skills will be essential in bridging gaps between user needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering through diverse techniques
• Analyze process gaps and system issues
• Develop requirement specifications using standard templates
• Present solutions to stakeholders for buy-in
• Act as liaison with development and QA teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years related experience
• CBAP® or similar certification preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
