Lead partner incentive operations remotely across Montreal Metro and Canada, applying Salesforce expertise and financial controls to accurate funding decisions.
As Business Operations Manager, you will manage analysts and specialists supporting Partner Program incentives. Your work combines operational governance, KPI ownership, policy enforcement, and process improvement. You will strengthen funding accuracy, compliance, transparency, and stakeholder experience across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop analysts and specialists
- Oversee follow-the-sun handovers and workload balancing
- Own KPI, SLA, backlog, quality, and productivity performance
- Maintain funding lifecycle controls and risk mitigations
- Lead process simplification, automation, and AI improvements
- Five-plus years in partner, channel, or business operations
- Two-plus years managing people
- Strong Salesforce opportunity and partner data model skills
- Tableau or equivalent analytics and reporting proficiency
- Experience writing and enforcing policy
