Revenue Operations Systems Director

Drive revenue operations systems with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Zuora, and Net Suite. This remote Canada-based leadership role spans billing, finance, and go-to-market operations.
As Director, Business Systems, you will own technology supporting the full quote-to-cash lifecycle. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Accounts Receivable leaders. Your focus includes automation, data quality, architecture, and practical AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize sales-led and self-service quote-to-cash workflows
Align technology investments with business priorities
Build architecture for products, pricing, and markets
Develop intake, backlog, prioritization, and delivery practices
Communicate technical trade-offs to executive stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong B2B SaaS quote-to-cash process knowledge

Experience with subscription, usage-based, or hybrid pricing
Complex billing transformation and integration leadership
Data governance across CRM, billing, and ERP systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Apply revenue operations expertise, systems architecture judgment, and automation leadership to improve quote-to-cash performance across the organization.
