As Senior Product Manager, you will guide member-facing digital products from problem framing through value realization. Use member feedback, analytics, operational metrics, and research to inform decisions across Vancity’s retail digital platform. Work with business, technology, risk, marketing, operations, and servicing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and member problem framing
Monitor KPIs, feedback, and operational metrics
Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design
Partner on go-to-market and change management
Bring digital banking trends into product decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field
Financial services concepts and risk understanding
Experience with Agile delivery environments
Experience partnering with engineering and design teams
Azure Dev Ops, Scrum Product Owner, or SAFe knowledge preferred
Apply member research, inclusive design, and performance measurement to strengthen Vancity’s digital banking product portfolio and outcomes.
