Public Sector Engagement Delivery Leader

Lead complex Salesforce programs for Canadian public sector customers, combining executive engagement, program governance, and delivery leadership across enterprise transformations.
Salesforce Professional Services seeks an Engagement Delivery Leader to guide strategic customer engagements and implementation outcomes. You will lead technical and non-technical consultants while managing relationships, methodology, scope, contracts, knowledge transfer, and financials. Applicants must be Canadian Citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead program teams through communication, direction, motivation, and clarity
Serve as primary customer interface and uphold governance
Build project plans and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issues
Lead multiple projects requiring complex cross-functional program management
Facilitate requirements gathering and user acceptance sign-off
Requirements:
10+ years managing projects and programs for external consulting clients
7+ years managing Salesforce engagements strongly preferred
5+ years supporting Public Sector Professional Services preferred
Experience leading teams of 75+ people and $15M budgets
Canadian citizenship and regional, occasional international travel availability
