This Operations Support Specialist role leads the Central file closing department for Canadian collision and glass files. You will review documentation, communicate with shops, and ensure Insurance Partner policies are met. The position also supports store operations, audits, reconciliations, and accounting-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and close daily Canadian files
- Audit documentation and revenue recognition compliance
- Maintain the file closing tracker
- Communicate with shops about file requirements
- Support quarterly reconciliations and internal audits
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Four years of collision repair or similar experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Data analysis and recommendation development abilities
- Availability for necessary travel and office attendance
