Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a range of hand and power tools proficiently, including drills, nailers, pumps etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at construction sites, performing tasks such as sweeping floors and removing debris.
  • Perform general maintenance duties, including installing signage, pumping basements, and installing construction locks.
  • Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas.
  • Reinstall ramps as necessary.
  • Adhere to instructions provided by Site Supervisors with diligence.
  • Prioritize safety by following all on-site procedures and promptly reporting any violations to management.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in verbal and written/oral communication in English.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Two or more years of construction experience.
  • Maintains excellent physical condition.
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates reliability, diligence, and punctuality.
