Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in waterproofing and insulation tasks

• Help with industrial epoxy flooring installations

• Support building envelope and fire stopping projects

• Participate in evening, day, or weekend shifts as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year construction experience preferred

• Availability for flexible shift schedules

• Legal ability to work in Manitoba
