Key Responsibilities:

• Create daily work schedules and task assignments

• Ensure appropriate staffing for all construction projects

• Oversee quality control on-site workmanship

• Update supervisors on project timelines and challenges

• Conduct toolbox talks to ensure clarity on project scope

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in construction is essential

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Must be able to travel for work to remote locations
