At PCL Constructors Canada Inc., we are looking for a Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of construction experience. This role focuses on project performance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder relationship development. You'll play a crucial role in change management and work closely with trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the project manager with overall project performance
• Coordinate construction planning and identify potential risks
• Perform quantity takeoffs and manage contract progress
• Maintain relationships with trade partners and issue tenders
• Administer requests for information and manage submittals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
• 3–5 years of relevant construction experience
• Knowledge of construction techniques and project management
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written forms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technology adaptation
Utilize construction management skills and teamwork at PCL to foster community development as a Project Coordinator.
