Working under the Construction Manager, you will ensure that job sites are maintained to Akash’s high standards while assisting with various construction tasks. You’ll play an important role in ensuring that every phase of the construction process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure organized and clean job sites at all times

• Complete safety documentation accurately across all sites

• Support daily site operations and respond to trades' inquiries

• Help with inspections and general labour tasks

• Assist in minor repairs and installations as required

Requirements:

• Experience in residential construction preferred

• Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Clear communication with team members and trades

• Ability to work in varied construction conditions
