Enhance construction safety with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Construction Safety Advisor in Hamilton, Ontario. Engage in proactive safety measures and site evaluations to promote health and safety.
In this critical role, you will collaborate with contractors and field operations. With over five years of safety experience and strong communication skills, you'll perform risk evaluations and advise on necessary PPE. Act as the primary health and safety representative and coordinate emergency responses effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform site-specific safety risk evaluations
• Collaborate on high-risk construction operations
• Advise on PPE and engineering controls
• Act as health and safety representative on-site
• Coordinate emergency responses and plan testing
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Health and Safety
• 5+ years of health and safety experience
• CM IOSH Certification and COR/ISO Auditor training preferred
• Strong grasp of safety regulations
• Valid driver's license required, bilingual preferred
