Niagara Region Site Superintendent

Position: Niagara Region Site Superintendent Role
Join as a Site Superintendent for ICI new build projects in the Niagara Region, ON. This position offers a salary range from $110K to $140K and includes vehicle allowance and benefits.

You will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on large commercial projects, ensuring safety and quality at every step. The ideal candidate should possess 5–10+ years of experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Your role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish

• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safety compliance

• Track construction schedules to meet project deadlines

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and inspectors

• Monitor and enforce quality control standards

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years as a Site Superintendent on ICI projects

• Experience in managing large commercial developments

• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing

• Proven organizational and communication skills

• Valid health & safety certifications required
