Position: Loader Operator for Asphalt Plants

As a Loader Operator, you will support plant setup, efficiently fill aggregate bins, and conduct safety checks in a construction environment. This role demands a clear understanding of site protocols and a commitment to teamwork. Strong communication skills are essential as you collaborate with supervisors and maintain equipment to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to move, load, and grade materials

• Grade worksite to the designed elevation promptly

• Fill aggregate bins according to the production schedule

• Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Foreman

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction

• Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety rules

• Proficiency in advanced grading techniques (GPS)

• Effective communication skills

• Commitment to safe work practices
