Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Lead quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation for competitive proposals.
• Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam to develop and present estimates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope clarity.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project handovers when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven track record of preparing accurate and competitive estimates.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
