In this senior position, you will support medium to large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while reporting to the Project Manager. Your expertise in coordinating documentation and monitoring construction progress will be key to this role's success. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update budgets, schedules, and cost tracking

• Monitor construction progress against project timelines

• Manage preparation of all essential project documentation

• Identify and manage change events effectively

• Lead safety and quality assurance processes on-site

Requirements:

• Technical education in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• At least 3 years of relevant construction experience

• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software

• Competence in managing project documentation and reporting

• Knowledge of safety and quality processes
