Position: Proactive Health & Safety Coordinator Role
We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to enhance our construction safety team. Ensure the highest safety standards and compliance throughout our projects.

In this impactful role, you will focus on maintaining a safety-first environment for all team members. Conduct regular inspections, document incidents, and lead initiatives promoting construction safety compliance with Manitoba regulations. Collaborate closely with supervisors to implement safe practices and develop training programs that empower all workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits

• Identify hazards and implement changes

• Lead safety meetings and trainings

• Maintain detailed incident and inspection records

• Monitor PPE use and compliance signage

Requirements:

• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (NCSO, CRSP, etc.)

• 2–3 years experience in construction safety or a related field

• Knowledge of Manitoba regulatory safety standards

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and transportation
