Location: Morden
Join as a Technical Maintenance Surveyor based in Merton, where your insights will shape repair strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. Facilitate inspections and oversee vital construction projects.
This permanent role reports to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, where you’ll be pivotal in pre and post-inspections and responsiveness in repairs. You'll also conduct comprehensive building surveys to identify risks and engage directly with customer and leaseholder queries, ensuring efficient repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed inspections for all types of repairs
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and construction work
• Undertake surveys to spot defects and potential issues
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders regularly
• Ensure all operations meet KPIs and industry standards
Requirements:
• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
• Relevant professional body membership preferred (RICS/CIOB)
• Required Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
• Ability to travel across the region
• Reside in England or Wales for employment duration
